Quality Content means Fresh Content.Google loves fresh content.If your blog doesn't have a quality content then its no matter how much time and money u spend on seo,you will not get anything.So always post a quality content.One quality post is much better than 3 copied posts.Daily make atleast one post a day and Remember that content is the main thing in SEO.
2- Backlinks
Basically Backlinks shows that with how many other website your blog URL is linked.whenever you post your blog URL or your blog post URL on any other website.it will be considered as a Backlink.
